- Over 35 years of business experience in corporate leadership in oil and gas, energy and industrial manufacturing organization
- Fivefold Development Systems(owner), a business and organizational consulting company in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

- Moderator, St. Paul District Baptist Association of Oklahoma State Baptist Association - 2015-Current
- Director of Christian Youth Sports Camps serving Northeastern Oklahoma (1995-1998).
- Facilitated domestic leadership workshops and outreach initiatives in California, Indiana & Oklahoma.
- Motivational speaker, pastor/teacher and life coach.
- Oklahoma State University Football Running Back – 1977-1981 (co-captain 1991).
- Inducted to the Tulsa Public Schools (TPS) Athletic Hall of Fame, Class of 2020.
